That’s why it’s important to take carbon reporting not as a one-time task force, but as an iterative exercise. This doesn’t only help tracking the evolution of the impact of a company, but also make data collection smoother through time. How do you lower the impact of hospitals? Food is one of the fronts she’s working on, together with all the cooks of the healthcare facilities that the EHC manages. ❓ But other than informing kitchens that vegetarian, organic and local products have less impact, how do you actually motivate them to change their menu?
