I'm deeply grateful for the opportunity to have learned directly from the late Masaaki Imai, one of the pioneers who brought Kaizen to the world. These powerful principles aren’t just for manufacturing—they’ve made a real impact in healthcare as well. My process for transforming organizations from start to finish in 5 steps: 1. Introduce structured decision-making methods Give your team tools to analyze problems effectively. 4.
