What do you do if your team members are struggling with work-life balance?

As leaders we need to create a safe environment where people can feel comfortable about sharing their vulnerabilities , desires, concerns and many other things. In order to do that,is important that leaders can genuinely and intentionally spend time and efforts in order to get to know the people on the team. People connect with people always! So by having this close connection will make the dialogue more natural and many points can be addressed as development, mentoring, work life balance, problems and many other points can be solved assertively and proactively.
