5 ways to stop taking things personnaly. Taking things personally will drain you. Harsh feedback makes it feel like a personal attack. For a long time, I let every comment and critique weigh me down. But I’ve learned that not everything is about me. Instead of internalizing every word, use these moments to grow and focus on what truly matters. Stop taking things personally and do this instead: ✅ Pause before reacting: Take a breath and ask yourself, “Is this really about me?” Often, it’s not. ✅ Separate your emotions from the feedback: Focus on the facts behind the input. Even if the delivery feels personal, the insights can still be valuable. ✅ Leverage your strengths: When doubts creep in, remind yourself how far you have come. One comment doesn’t define your value. ✅ Seek clarity: If something feels off, ask questions. Understanding intent helps you see the bigger picture. ✅ Reframe criticism as growth: Use every critique as a chance to learn. Growth comes from perspective, not perfection. Why is challenging to create new long lasting #habits? Everyone has experienced at some point the saboteurs interfering with you taking the action that you know would serve you. Everyone has at least once tried a new routine to give up after a few days or weeks. 📍 Because self-sabotaging thoughts and behaviors keeps you on autopilot you have to keep repeating the inner work until you get to develop new #brain network that will sustain the #change you desire and make the process of taking a specific action smooth and familiar. In order to run this process, you first have to identify how your saboteurs keeps you in “comfort zone” (autopilot mode). Your “Avoider “might say: “What’s the rush. Tomorrow is another day.” Or maybe your “Super - Rational” saboteur could argue that:” I don’t have enough data and proof to make the choice and take the action.” If you feel that you need to “control” everything before taking action, maybe your saboteur will lie to you saying that: “There’s too much unknown on this path. I’m not sure I can control it once I step in”. What if your “Pleaser” wants to convince you that: “Taking this action will hurt someone’s feelings”? Your “Judge “might make you think that: “This current situation and circumstance is BAD. I can’t succeed in this environment”. ✅ You can overcome their lies and create a new habit by: ↳ recognizing when you are in "saboteur mode" and being able to stop  ↳  understanding and anticipating the way your saboteurs lie to you ↳  shifting intentionally to your sage perspective and rewire your brain ↳  boost your mental resilience How do you create & maintain #change in your life? #growthmindset #wellbeing #stressmanagement #mentallfitness

The corporate ladder has always had one message: 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸 𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿❟ 𝘀𝘁𝗮𝘆 𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗿❟ 𝗱𝗼 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲. But what if I told you that 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗴𝗮𝗺𝗲 𝗵𝗮𝘀 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗱? The old paradigm of trading time for money, of pushing yourself to burnout for that promotion, is crumbling. In my journey, I've discovered that 𝘀𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗶𝘀𝗻'𝘁 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗲𝗿 – it's about working differently. 𝟯 𝗕𝗲𝗹𝗶𝗲𝗳𝘀 𝗪𝗲 𝗡𝗲𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗕𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗸: ❌ "𝗠𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗵𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀 = 𝗠𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝘀𝘂𝗰𝗰𝗲𝘀𝘀" 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆: ✅ Focus on 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗰𝘁, not hours. Even if a temporary rise is on the cards due to less favourable base effects in the next few months, policymakers have been expressing greater confidence that the 2% target is likely to be reached on a sustainable basis in the second half of next year, while also expecting wage growth to cool further and therefore easing potential second-round price pressures. o The ECB accounts of the September meeting also highlighted the risk of inflation undershooting expectations in the event that economic growth were to disappoint expectations. With the German economy already flirting with a recession and confidence surveys subdued, risks to growth could arise from geopolitical uncertainty as well as through tariff escalation depending on the outcome of the US elections. For us, an October ECB rate cut seems to be a ‘done deal.’ o We continue to expect another cut in the December meeting, even though the ECB is unlikely to commit to a pre-determined path and should be expected to reiterate its data-dependent and meeting-by-meeting approach in policy decisions. Investors’ attention will predominantly be turned to the Thursday ECB press conference, specifically with regards to any language that could be seen as endorsing another cut in December and re-assessment of the balance of economic risks going forward. o It is worth highlighting that the upcoming ECB meeting will be the first after the Fed delivered a 50bp cut and will occur approximately three weeks before the US Elections. Although investors are keenly focused on developments on the other side of the Atlantic and how these could impact European economies, the ECB conference is unlikely to openly discuss at length the possible implications of the US elections, especially with the race being so close at this stage. The December conference could be more interesting in this respect, as the ECB would be updating its macro-economic projections and could have more clarity on direction of foreign policy and trade implications with its major economic partner.

What if you could think this way ? I have been developing myself to think this way from age of 12, I announced at age of 12 what business I would have at 17 and made it happen. Its about how you use brain waves and use the brain in deep states ... Future past and quantum jumping to the future you desire, meeting your future self then coming back to a future past scenario, you see your future right in front of you Alpha - Theta - Gamma - Epsilon brain waves - The creative - innovative and intuitive part of the brain.. the part of the brain that is visual and manifests its self towards a future reality , because its what you focus on by using the brain correctly... You did this when you were a child and dressed up as superman and believed it.. as you grow older you then lock into beliefs and analytical side of brain beta and hyper beta ... too much noise... ATS are a company who think this way as for last 8 years this is the way I talk in board room and the way I talk when supporting the leaders of ATS and other companies across the country and in Ireland. When we think of role models, Mohamed Ali , Connor McGregor , Tom Brady, Even to Kenny Dalgleish when playing football all because how you use the brain..... So what would change for you .. The Pathway develops you to understand your self and understand how to use your neurology and the brain to create the life you want and desire ... The only reason its not effective is when your ego and you are more motivated to stick with what you know, stick to same voices , beliefs and story... How do you feel the majority of the day ?
