47 % der gemeldeten Brände traten in EDV-Anlagen und elektrischen Schaltanlagen auf. Das zeigt der aktuelle Bericht des bvfa - Bundesverband Technischer Brandschutz e.V. zum Löscherfolg von Wasserlöschanlagen 2024 – und unterstreicht das hohe Brandrisiko in Bereichen mit sensibler Technik. Ein entscheidender Faktor für den Brandschutz dieser Bereiche ist die Wahl der richtigen Löschanlage: Eine Hochdruck-Wassernebel-Anlage benötigt sehr geringe Wassermengen, sodass Brände effektiv bekämpft werden, ohne empfindliche Geräte durch Löschwasser zu beschädigen. Stationäre Löschanlagen sind hochwirksam und zuverlässig. Das folgt aus der für das Jahr 2024 aktualisierten bfva-Löscherfolgsstatistik. 55 Prozent aller dem bvfa gemeldeten Löscherfolge von Sprinkleranlagen wurden im Jahr 2024 mit nur einem oder zwei Sprinklern und weitere 27 Prozent mit drei bis fünf Sprinklerköpfen gelöscht. 97 Prozent der Sprinkler- und Speziallöschanlagen lösten automatisch aus, davon 76 Prozent während der Arbeitszeit. Die Zahlen belegen sowohl die hohe Wirksamkeit von stationären Löschanlagen bei Entstehungsbränden als auch den schnellen und zuverlässigen Löscherfolg. 𝗪𝗶𝗲 𝗹𝗼̈𝘀𝗰𝗵𝘁 𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗲𝗶𝗻 𝗘𝗹𝗲𝗸𝘁𝗿𝗼𝗮𝘂𝘁𝗼❓ 🔋 Batterieelektrische Pkw können wie Verbrenner-Pkw gelöscht werden. Neben dem Löschen des Brandes ist das Kühlen der Batterie wichtig, um thermisches Durchgehen und thermische Propagation zu unterbinden. 🧯 Die größte Lösch- und Kühlwirkung entfaltet sich, wenn das Wasser direkt in den Batteriepack eingebracht wird. Aufgegriffen wird dieser Ansatz durch die Verwendung von Löschlanzen und speziellen Löschzugängen in den Batteriepacks. 💧 Wichtig: Löschwasser darf nur in den Batteriepack eingebracht werden, wenn davon ausgegangen wird, dass dieser selbst in Brand steht. Anzeichen dafür sind beispielsweise Rauchentwicklung, Funkenflug aus dem Batteriepack oder Geräusche wie Zischen, das auf ein Öffnen der Überdruckventile hindeutet. Andernfalls kann Löschwasser zu einem Kurzschluss und einem dadurch entstehenden Brand führen. 🚒 Das Löschen brennender Elektroautos mit Hilfe von Löschcontainern ist aufgrund des großen logistischen Aufwands nur in absoluten Ausnahmefällen eine Option. 👉 Mehr Informationen zur Brandsicherheit von Elektroautos finden Sie in unserer Broschüre: https://lnkd.in/eMS6tEki
