I want to take a moment to reflect on everything that has happened over the past year as we’ve built this company together. Working at a startup always sounds exciting—and most of the time, it truly is! The experiences I’ve gained in this short period are ones I could never have gotten elsewhere. But working in a startup also requires being extremely flexible and handling high-pressure situations. Your tasks change daily depending on what’s needed, and planning ahead—both professionally and personally—often isn’t an option. But that’s exactly what makes it so exciting for me. The ever-changing challenges and new responsibilities keep me energized and engaged. And I’ve been lucky to tackle all of this with an incredible team. We’ve long since become more than just colleagues—we genuinely look out for each other. A huge thank you to Benedict Nitzpon, Marvin Hodde, Swen Zerebecki, and Pit Yannick Podleschny, Dr. for an amazing year.
