Never underestimate the benefits of multi-service ports. Nicol Nógrádi (Account and Sustainability Manager) and Scott McKenzie (Marketing Manager) recently spoke with Jan Gilla, founder of level66.network UG (haftungsbeschränkt) about their experience with Inter.link. level66.network provides consulting for IT-Networks, Firewalls, and Managed Services, along with offering Live-Streaming and Event-IT services. They have some infrastructure in data centres therefore they require connectivity. They also share business and resources, especially for collocation or hosting, with other companies in Frankfurt. Since starting out on the 1st of January in 2022, Inter.link has been focused on innovation and automation.

 The portal has been the critical hub where customers place orders and view pricing for connectivity services.
But today Inter.link will switch off its portal and will instead be hiring a team of 12 people whose only job is to manually process order forms.


 CEO and co-founder Theo Voss said, “Why would Inter.link try and improve efficiency and transparency when customers want to order connectivity?

 ”It just makes sense for us to process order forms manually. If this method worked 20 years ago, why not now?” . . . APRIL FOOLS Inter.link will NOT be switching off its portal. 


 That would be a massive step backward in time and take away the progress made in Network-as-a-Service.

Last Friday was the March session for The Inter.link Edge Webinar. Dean Moheet of RioRey explained the uses cases and limitations for using BGP FlowSpec to protect against DDoS Attacks. So what is FlowSpec? In this short video, James Bensley (Techlead Product) explains that FlowSpec is a technology that lets customers take full control of DDoS mitigation themselves, analysing their own traffic.
