We are delighted to welcome the new starters and start with Elisa Fürter who will help Wemolo’s Talent Acquisition team to hire some new awesome talents. 🚀 When she is not hiring new people for Wemolo, she loves to do yoga and to try out some new restaurants in Munich. 🥗🧘🏼♀️ Diego Jorge Lagos will join our Accounting team. He is originally from Spain and very critical about Spanish food quality. 👨🍳 Roman Goncharov is our newest addition to the Engineering Department and he will be joining the team as a Software Engineer. He is passionate about trail running and is currently training for a 100k+ run. 🏃♂️ Marvin Müller joins Wemolo as a Business Development Manager. He is also very passionate about all kinds of sport and his soccer heart beats for SC Freiburg. ⚽️ Jaron Carlin Schurer joins the team for 3 months as a Founders Associate Intern. He is currently studying at TUM and outside of his studies he is very creative with DIY projects and design. 🎨 Last but not least, we are happy to welcome Moritz Springer who helps the People team to achieving new heights as People Partner for the Operations and Commercial Department. He is born and raised in Munich 🥨 and also passionate about hitting the gym and doing all kind of sports (inside and outside). Say hello to our 6 New Joiners 👋🏼 and give them a warm welcome! Vor Kurzem vertraten Dominic Winkler, Tobias Hamacher und Martin Eberhardt FRICS Wemolo auf dem Fachmarktimmobilienkongress in Frankfurt. In unserer Keynote hatten wir die Gelegenheit zu zeigen, wie wir Daten aus unserer digitalen Parkraumbewirtschaftung nutzen, um Asset Manager von Immobilienfonds für Fachmarktzentren dabei zu unterstützen, Standorte zu optimieren und Portfolios effizient zu steuern. Wemolo verarbeitet täglich über 1.000.000 Parkvorgänge – vollständig digital und automatisiert. Unsere Parking-Intelligence-Software stellt Asset Managern von Fachmarktzentren diese Daten über ein Self-Service-Dashboard zur Verfügung, um folgende Vorteile zu realisieren: ✅ Vermietung freier Parkplatzkapazitäten an Anwohner und Generierung neuer Umsatzpotenziale. ✅ Datenbasierte Entscheidungen für eine ressourcenschonende Nutzung von Flächen bei Revitalisierungen. ✅ Vermeidung von Flurschäden und teuren Sanierungskosten durch die Belastung schwerer LKWs (z. 🏥 Josephs-Hospital in Warendorf selects Wemolo as its new parking space operator! Following ongoing complaints, the Josephs-Hospital in Warendorf is taking action: Wemolo will take over the clinic’s parking space management starting in February. The goal is to enhance the user experience and streamline processes for patients and visitors. The challenges the hospital faced with the previous operator highlight the importance of a user-friendly system.
