It leaves viewers with a smile and an unspoken challenge: "If no one complains, it must be that good, right?" Imagine this: a man walking through an eerily empty office building, his footsteps echoing off the walls. A faint ringing disrupts the silence, leading him to a dusty, abandoned room where he answers a neglected phone. After an awkward pause, he tells the caller they’ve reached the wrong number and hangs up. As he exits, he shuts the door, revealing the sign: "Carlsberg Complaints Dept." The brilliance? The stark emptiness symbolises how seldom anyone has something negative to say about Carlsberg beer. It’s a humorous, confident message that resonates: Our quality speaks for itself! On November 14 we're doing a new product launch. As part of this launch we're trying something for the first time. We've rented out a cinema in Copenhagen. 📽 The goal is to make the night one big melting pot of nice people combining Dreamdata employees, customers and friends of the house. Do you work in digital wellbeing and want to be part of the Consciously Digital network? A question to those of you who work in digital wellbeing, but aren't part of the Consciously Digital network. We have built a great community within Consciously Digital, and I am considering opening part of things happening within it for non-CD graduates. Would only operate as an invite-only thing, as I'd like to make sure only proper specialists are joining. This includes monthly research updates (file) on the latest research in digital wellbeing, quarterly research calls on all subjects related to digital wellbeing with me, a few brainstorming sessions and access to public events that we run, as well as closed community chat with CD grads. This won't give you access to any of the certification/learning programs or work referrals though (reserved for CD-certified grads). If this is something of an interest, please write "interested" below, so I have an idea of whether it's worth doing. 4 interview questions I love when candidates ask In the past few months, we’ve been interviewing for some key roles on our brand and marketing team at Precis. For me, there are four must-ask questions I want candidates to ask: 1) How are you as a manager? I don’t understand candidates who are not interested in knowing if their manager is a crazy, micromanaging demon before joining a team. 2) What are your expectations for my role/team? If I am not clear about this and cannot articulate it, it should be a red flag for the candidate. They should make sure the company and their future manager know what is expected of them. 3) This is what I need to succeed. Can you and the company provide that? I love when candidates are upfront about what they need to succeed in their role. It could be anything from a marketing budget to certain tools to specific aspects of the culture or flexibility in their work. 4) What are your reservations about me? I love this one. This gives them the opportunity to handle any doubts I might have about their profile. Of course, there are many other great questions, but these four are my absolute favorites. (And by the way, I’m not a micromanaging crazy demon 🐲 )

• The Chooseday OG • Agh, why do we wait so long to spend time with people who help our brains buzz and just have all round good vibes? Today’s agenda-less walk and talk was with the founder of (many things, including) the “Chooseday” concept Ronen Aires and we spoke about learning beehives (more to follow, possibly 😉), brand vs product marketing, nourishing networks, the sparks that can fly from unanticipated sources, witches and witchy feelings (have I got stories!), dreaming businesses into the future, generational burdens, and grand possibilities! Neuroscience says that walking and talking makes your brains fire in synch, enabling conversation and ideas to flow. It’s true.
