It’s official, Amundi and Victory Capital, a US based asset manager, have become strategic partners. In line with the agreement announced on 9 July 2024 : - Amundi US has been combined with Victory Capital which is now managing close to $300bn of assets; - Amundi has become a strategic shareholder of Victory Capital; - Amundi and Victory Capital have entered into 15-year distribution reciprocal agreements, which are now effective. Této transakci předcházel prodej ikonické secesní budovy v Pařížské ulici v listopadu 2024 a již dříve fond úspěšně odprodal kancelářský objekt City Point na Pankráci. Budovu, která se nachází přímo nad stanicí metra linky C Budějovická a nabízí moderní prostory o celkové výměře 19 000 m2 , vlastnil Amundi Realitní fond KB od roku 2015.

🗓️ [#Event] | Amundi organised the SMU Sustainable Investment Case Competition in March, the first in #Singapore that combined perspectives across corporate/investment banking, private wealth and #assetmanagement. Sylvia Chen, Amundi’s Head of ESG, South Asia was on the panel of judges that reviewed the four finalist teams where ultimately Team Green Horizon from Singapore Management University was named the winner. With nearly 200 registrations from universities across Singapore, the competition attracted an extensive range of ideas and insights on #sustainableinvesting, particularly with the use of the Singapore-Asia Taxonomy.
