🎉 What a fantastic week at HIMSS 2025! It was great to reconnect with so many partners, exchange insights, and see firsthand how AI is reshaping healthcare. A major highlight was our CMIO Roundtable, where leaders from Denver Health Sutter Health Memorial Healthcare System and Lifepoint Health® shared candid perspectives on AI adoption and clinician well-being. Some key takeaways: ✓ Ambient AI for clinical documentation has gone from a nice-to-have to a must-have—clinicians are now actively advocating to keep the technology. ✓ AI-powered documentation is influencing physician recruitment, with candidates asking whether AI scribes are provided. ✓ Change management is just as critical as the technology itself—successful adoption depends on engaging stakeholders at every level. ✓ For large health systems, sustained AI adoption requires site-level accountability and ongoing clinician engagement. ✓ After a year of piloting AI solutions, one big lesson stands out: the right workflow matters just as much as the technology itself. A huge thank you to our speakers, attendees, and everyone who stopped by to chat! We’re building Progress Notes to address the next big challenge in clinical documentation. 📑 While current Ambient AI Assistants handle intake visits—where comprehensive details are captured—quite well, the documentation burden doesn’t end there. Clinicians have told us they need a more efficient way to keep follow-up notes accurate and up to date without spending valuable time repeating or re-entering information. That’s why we designed Progress Notes: to streamline follow-up documentation, making it faster, more precise, and less repetitive—so clinicians can focus more on patient care and less on paperwork. Here’s how Progress Notes can transform your workflow: 1️⃣ Seamless EHR Integration: Nabla pulls previously signed notes directly from the EHR, eliminating manual searches. 2️⃣ Smart Updates: Prior notes are automatically updated based on the latest encounter, while unchanged content remains word-for-word. 3️⃣ Personalized Documentation: Progress Notes are generated to match each clinician’s preferred style and format. 4️⃣ Clear Change Tracking: Key updates between past and new notes are highlighted for quick and easy review. Want to learn more about Progress Notes? Drop by our booth #3068 at HIMSS
