Presently, I am the Deputy Head of Talent Acquisition and Talent Attractiveness CoE function for the global business line Capgemini Engineering, with a wonderful international team of more than 400 recruiters spread across the globe.

As Global Head of Talent Attractiveness of Capgemini Engineering, I'm responsible for defining and rolling out various projects to deploy the global strategy across more than 30 countries.
I have goal to transform Capgemini's Engineering employer brand into a well-recognized global brand with a unique candidate & employee value proposition, in alignment with the Group strategy.
Helping bringing a new and disruptive ways of attracting talent, employer branding and digital recruitment will the key!

As the Head of Talent Branding and Talent Deployment and Acquisition for Portugal and Tunisia at Capgemini Engineering, I lead a team of 50 recruiters who deliver a best-in-class recruitment experience to both candidates and the business. With 18+ years of experience in people analytics, HR, accounting, finance, market research, strategy, project management, consulting, and workforce planning, I have a proven track record of managing teams and HR projects in clients' accounts in Portugal, Spain, and Angola.

I was also a TALENTO International Advisor for Portugal and Spain, where I helped organizations optimize their workforce through disruptive HR tech powered by AI and e-assessments. I am passionate about finding innovative and creative solutions for HR challenges, and I have been recognized as the winner of the EMEA Recruitment Team of the Year by HRO Today. My top skills include communication, collaboration, adaptability, intuition, and integrity. I am always eager to connect with other professionals and explore mutually beneficial business development opportunities in the field of talent solutions.
