Radio Kerry is an independent radio service covering the franchise area of County Kerry. Radio Kerry broadcasts on 96 to 98 FM in Kerry. It is also available on line at www.radiokerry.ie/live.php or via the Radio Kerry iPhone/iPod App. The audience profile of Radio Kerry is primarily adults aged 25+ May 2010 research findings released by IPSOS/JNLR show that Radio Kerry has 89,000 Kery adult listeners each week - 74% of the available audience and 53.6% market share.     Coming up on In Business from 6pm with Amber Galwey: - The Meadowlands Hotel, Tralee has become the first hotel in Kerry to receive the B Corporation or B Corp certification which shows it's meeting high standards across a wide range of criteria. Hear from Brid Ni Mhathuna and Heather MacIver about the steps they took to receive this accreditation.   - We will also be bringing you The SME Clinic in association with Xeinadin Ireland; this month we’ll be discussing business protection and income protection with Anne O'Doherty.   - Network Ireland is hosting its annual conference in Kerry later this year. Hear from the national president Amy O'Sullivan and Emily Reen, who is president of the Network Ireland Kerry Branch, about this conference as well as an event that will be celebrating Kerry businesswomen in May.   - Plus, Viki Foley Pasztor moved to Kerry from Hungary and started her hospitality career in the county.   • Weekend Journalist Radio Kerry is looking for an experienced broadcast journalist to join our team. The role is part time and involves weekend work on Saturday and Sundays. It will involve writing and reading weekend news bulletins. Previous experience as a journalist is required. Responsibilities include generating news stories, writing and editing copy, reading news bulletins on radio, publishing stories online, and social media skills. The position will be based in our Tralee studios.     Radio Kerry has signed a new 10 year broadcast license with Coimisiún na Meán which will see the station continue to provide a local radio service for Co Kerry.  The license was publicly advertised last year. Raidio Ciarraí Teoranta has been the license holder since 1990. Executive Chairman of Radio Kerry, John O Sullivan said that the original vision of shareholders in 1990 was to provide a Voice for the Kingdom, and the license renewal is a vote of confidence in the station’s continued commitment to do so. General Manager, Fiona Stack said that the staff of Radio Kerry are very proud to represent the people of Kerry. She thanked the staff, listeners and advertisers for their continued support for the station and said that Radio Kerry looked forward to continuing to work with them to further develop the services it provides. Radio Kerry broadcasts on 96-98FM across the county of Kerry. The station is also available to the global Kerry diaspora online at radiokerry.ie on the Radio Kerry App and on Smart speakers. This shows how successful the hub has been with over €250 million flowing through the RDI Hub to support start-ups and scaling companies during that time.
