B2B office supplier Codex Office Solutions has appointed Audrey Jenkins as its new head of customer experience. Jenkins previously managed the customer service department at Codex for more than five years, having joined the company initially as a temp to support a system migration. The latest edition of the 𝗛𝗶𝘀𝗰𝗼𝘅 𝗖𝘆𝗯𝗲𝗿 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗥𝗲𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰 has unveiled a troubling trend among Irish businesses, with almost three-quarters (𝟳𝟰%) reporting an increase in cyber attacks over the past year (2023: 71%, 2022: 50%). The report reveals cyber attacks are coming at an increasing rate, with Irish businesses reporting an average of 58 cyber attacks per year - more than one a week.
