היום נפתח הסמסטר הראשון של תשפ״ה ואנו שמחים ומתרגשים לקבל את פניהם של הסטודנטים והסטודנטיות שלנו! בשל המצב הביטחוני, המחלקה פותחת את השנה בלימוד מקוון, וכבר היום בשיעור הראשון נעסוק בכך מזוית מקצועית ואקדמית: בקורס ״תרבות ארגונית״ ננתח את המעבר ללמידה מקוונת כדוגמא למיסגור או ״פריימינג״ (framing). המעבר ללמידה בזום ניתן להגדרה בדרכים שונות, על בסיס ערכים ותפיסות עולם. האם למידה בזום היא סיטואציה של הזדמנות? האם מדובר בסיטואציה של אתגר? התשובה, כמובן, קשורה לאופן בו אנחנו ממסגרים את ההתרחשות הארגונית - כיצד אנחנו מביאים לקדמת ההתרחשות חלק ממאפייניה וכיצד אנו נותנים לאחרים להיעלם מאחור. שנה ב׳ שלנו תידון בכך היום. מה אתם חושבים? איזה ״פריימינג״ הייתם עושים למעבר ללמידה מקוונת? אילו ערכים ארגוניים קשורים במיסגור כזה או אחר? שתפו אותנו בתגובות!
