Take a look at this picture. It was taken today at our Salesforce offices in Tel-Aviv. It shows a few dozens of Salesforce Israel employees in one of our regular all-hands meetings. What's so special about that? Well, that picture was taken exactly 36 hours after Iran launched a massive aerial strike against Israel with 100s of UCAVs, ballistic and cruise missiles carrying about 60 tons(!) of explosives. Thanks to the Israeli Air force, the air forces of the US, UK, France, Jordan and others *and* Israeli innovation and engineering talent who developed the most advanced multi-layered air defense systems in the world - luckily that attack ended up with relatively low impact. It was a sleepless night for all us in Israel who got an advanced notice of the attack and basically spent that night bracing for impact. Now take another look at this picture. 36 hours later - People showing up at the office, talking to each other, having a few laughs, having meetings, discussing deadlines, solving business problems, discussing engineering problems, doing demos, having coffee and lunch together, having an all-hands meeting together. 36 hours ago we were bracing for impact of 60 tons of explosives that were about to fall out of the sky. Take another look at this picture - This is how resilience looks like. You can count on us. We deliver. No matter what. https://lnkd.in/eXSvz3xv

"AR computing!" Say goodbye to traditional laptops. An Israeli entrepreneur has innovated a technology that bids farewell to our traditional laptops. Tamir Berliner- founder of Sightful and the innovator behind the Spacetop G1! What is the Spacetop G1? Spatial computer that seamlessly integrates the functionality of a laptop with the capabilities Of Augmented Reality (AR). A 100-inch virtual workspace replaces the need for a physical screen. Spacetop G1 adapts to various environments, whether at home, in the office, or on the go. This represents a step forward in integrating AR technologies with daily tasks. Spatial with AR transforms how we interact with digital content, personally and professionally. The real test will be in its execution. The usability of the AR interface, the battery life, the comfort of AR glasses, etc., are crucial. I believe Sightful has managed to address these practical concerns effectively. And I am awaiting the official release in india. Congrats to Tamir Berliner and the team for their bold move and fantastic innovation. The Spacetop G1 is an evolution in how we think about personal computing. Israeli Tech Exits: 25 years of Audacity and Innovation From Mobileye’s $15.3B Intel Corporation deal to Own Company’s recent $1.9B Salesforce acquisition, Israel’s tech scene has been rewriting the rules for a quarter century. Think about it: • Mobileye: From Jerusalem startup to driving the future of autonomous vehicles. • Mellanox Technologies: Powering supercomputers to supercharging Nvidia’s $3T valuation. • NDS Group: Securing pay-TV’s future while we were still figuring out smart TVs. • Chromatis Networks: Surfing the dot-com wave like pros with a $4.5B exit. But it’s not just about the billions. It’s about the audacity of vision: • Founders disrupting industries while most were cramming for exams. • Scaling from garage startups to global powerhouses. • Turning down billion-dollar offers? That’s not crazy, that’s conviction. From autonomous vehicles to AI chips, Israeli founders aren’t just participating in the tech race - they’re leading it. And here’s the kicker: This is just the beginning. The next Mobileye is probably being cooked up in a Tel Aviv apartment right now. IsraelTech isn’t just exiting - it’s entering the future, guns blazing. The next 25 years? They’re going to be wild. Credit: CTech by Calcalist #startup #venturecapital #technology

Very interesting report of Israel's AI ecosystem by F2 Venture Capital, Google Cloud and Deloitte. 🔍 On a high level: - The AI startup ecosystem in Israel is booming, with over 2,150 active AI companies, representing ~30% of the local tech sector. - Startups leveraging AI attracted over 60% of all capital raised in 2023. - The country ranks 3rd globally in private AI investment, demonstrating its strong position in the global AI market. 💡 Key takeaways from the report: - Vertical AI is a stronghold. It attracts the largest share of private funding, with Life Sciences, Healthcare and Fintech (banking, financial services and insuretech) leading the charge. Israel's deep domain expertise in these sectors positions it as a potential global leader. - Autonomous Enterprise (Horizontal AI) shows promise. Cybersecurity is a particular strength, capturing 56% of the segment's funding However, the development of multi-modal, end-to-end solutions and AI agents presents further opportunities for cross-industry applications. - AI & Data Ops is a key area for growth. Israel's strong talent pool and focus on enhancing existing infrastructure make it well-suited to address the growing demand for cloud-based AI Ops platforms and efficient data management solutions. There are also plenty of challenges: securing and nurturing AI talent, sustaining investment and navigating the global AI landscape/competition. Link to the report in the first comment 🔗

CASE STORY - PART II ------- We are on with the second part of story about our implementation to Tel Aviv Medical Center - T.A.M.C Ltd. This time it's more detailed, and tells about how we moved this medical center from 6 systems to one. All-in-one is one of the basic concepts of our software. We really thing, that using multiple solutions (sometimes over 30) only make your clinic way less efficient. If you have a software mess in your medical center or chain of clinics - that one is for you 😊 https://lnkd.in/eQM-tNK8

This measure, part of the broader "National Infrastructure Bill" enacted a year ago to close Israel's major infrastructure gap, is HUGE. It aims to overcome the "Utility Coordination" challenge, notoriously the weakest link in every project life cycle — key to delivering Israel's mega-projects on time over the next decade and essential for sustaining rapid economic growth. Why is this so crucial? - Israel's productivity gap (GDP per hour worked) is the biggest challenge to realizing its economic growth potential. - Alongside the demographic challenge, aggressively addressing the "Infrastructure Gap" is a top priority. - Approximately 25% of the productivity gap is attributed to infrastructure deficiencies in transportation, particularly mass transit. - Over the next 10-15 years, Israel will invest more than NIS 0.5 trillion in capital projects for Transportation and Energy (1.5-2% increase in investment of GDP annually). Streamlining projects = closing the "infrastructure gap" faster = GROWTH. Adi Hachmon Iliya Katz Yuval Avigdor Dana Dover Itzik Daniel Esti Feldman

Israeli tech is at a crossroads On the one hand, we see a surge in tech, particularly with AI. On the other hand, we're dealing with a decrease in economic activity and a potential shift in the job market While it's true that the current situation in the country has led to a decrease in economic activity, we must also consider the impact of AI on the job market. Companies may be using the current economic climate as a cover to transition to AI-driven operations, a move that isn't typically popular… The rapid development of AI, such as OpenAI's GPT-3, suggests that we may see a big shift in the job market sooner than anticipated. While this is great for efficiency, it also raises concerns about job security, and the future of jobs Furthermore, the job market, especially in the tech sector, is becoming increasingly competitive There are fewer jobs than there are people looking for work. This issue is particularly pronounced in the Haredi community, where job opportunities are even scarcer. The community faces additional challenges, including bias and a lack of experience. Most training programs today don't offer job experience or placement, leaving individuals to navigate the job market on their own Given these circumstances, #entrepreneurship emerges as a viable path… knowing how to run a business and possessing skills that can't be easily replicated by AI can be a real advantage Along with those challenges, another major question is… is Israel a conducive environment for setting up a business? The Israeli government's stance towards businesses, particularly #startups, plays a big role in shaping the country's economic landscape. High taxes and stringent regulations can deter entrepreneurs, pushing them to relocate their businesses to countries like the US This trend is worrying… as startups and new businesses are the key drivers of economic growth. A decrease in the number of companies not only reduces job opportunities but also hampers growth The government's role in fostering a supportive environment for businesses cannot be overstated Initiatives to ease regulations, provide tax cuts, and offer support can significantly enhance the business landscape, encouraging entrepreneurs to establish and grow their businesses in Israel While it's true that thriving businesses may not always equate to more jobs, particularly because of #AI, they do contribute to economic growth. The profits generated by these businesses can be reinvested into the economy, catalyzing further growth The next few years in this country are about striking a balance between embracing tech, entrepreneurship, and ensuring job security, as well as creating an environment conducive for building businesses What are your thoughts on this? Let me know in the Comments section below Safra-Tech Calcalist כלכליסט CTech by Calcalist #startupnation #artificialintelligence #israelunderfire

ONLINE BOOKING FOR MEDICAL CENTERS ---- Back in Russia, it was a must. You don't have online booking - patients will go to a clinic that has it. Period. Here in Israel Health IT and service level in medical centers is way less advanced (but the doctors are way better 😁), but it's gonna change. And we are working on that=) All clinics using our solution have online booking, and, hopefully, the number of them will increase. We've been doing online booking for over 10 years, and yes, we know A LOT about it. Online booking helps you: 1. Increase site conversion level up to 2x 2. Increase the level of patient's service 3. Lower costs on call-center. So, here is a short story in our blog: https://lnkd.in/eUHaHDjq

If it's worth boasting about, let's skip the modesty! It's a story about creating Happy from scratch. Happy, a Viven Operations dental subsidiary, sells clear aligners across Israel. They work with partner doctors to ensure top-notch care and expert support, all focusing on promoting healthy teeth and fulfilling lives. So, here's what we've been up to at Halo Lab — Your Digital Partner Lab: ✦ Crafted modern branding to capture the energy of the target audience. ✦ We tackled Hebrew font challenges and chose Avenir Next Hebrew and Gan CLM, suited to the language's unique style. ✦ Designed the website with a sticker-style layout, using a mix of images and block-based tiles. ✦ Added features like Treatable Cases, Day and Night Treatment, and a Mini Quiz to boost user engagement. Guess what? Healthcare can be warm and friendly – now you know it! 😁 Check out the full case study 👉 https://lnkd.in/eCGeBfBZ

Last week Bria was ranked #20 of the most promising startups in Israel, kudos to the team! It is a long journey to build a startup. At 8 years old, I fell in love with mathematics, and at that point, I knew that's what I'd get my PhD in. That passion not only shaped my academic path but also ignited my interest in visual technologies and AI, which led me to pursue a PhD in computer vision. During my studies, I began to realise just how much the future of content would change with AI coming into the mix. Fast-forward to 2020, during COVID and before the Gen AI hype, I combined my understanding of how visuals can be generated with AI and the valuable enterprise experience I gained in my previous role at Trax Retail, to co-establish an AI startup called BRIA. We had one simple goal: To make it easy for any individual and company to generate the exact visuals needed for any use. Our key objective in helping you achieve this is to ensure that we provide you with a transparent, open, and responsible AI platform trained solely on licensed data, no public figures and deep fake, no privacy infringement. And in a world where more than 43% of people don't trust companies to use AI morally, Responsible AI use has never been more important. In building BRIA, we've been able to help businesses all over the world scale their content development process. And what gets me even more excited is that we've been able to partner with different creators to ensure that their creativity is respected, rewarded, and isn't pirated. We trained our own high quality foundation models and built the core tools of Generative AI so everyone can use it. The journey so far has been anything but linear, and I'm eager to continue sharing the innovative features we're developing, discuss the critical importance of Responsible AI, and explore how you can leverage our platform to its fullest potential. Join us as we pave the way for a new era of content creation, where innovation meets integrity.

Israel=Me I've had an incredible career as an Israeli tech and real-estate entrepreneur working for many years at Microsoft, board member at Azrieli Group, and building, exiting and IPOing AI and Internet companies. But the most fulfilling role of my life (besides being a dad of three gorgeous girls, and a husband to my adorable wife Liat❤️) is advocating for Israel, my beloved country🇮🇱 As I traveled over 50 countries in my lifetime, with only an Israeli passport at hand, met 1,000's of people who made my 15,000 LinkdIn community, having numerous global connections and business interactions, the one thing I love and totally passionate about is being an advocate of Israel and Jewish tradition. I nowdays find myself and my social network team, spend about an hour every day trying to block and track down anti-Israelis, who constantly add endless defiant comments to my posts, and report my posts to LinkedIn for being too pro-Israel. I estimate that I've already blocked over 7,000 such LinkedIn members, who commented and looked at my profile. Despite the fact that I got suspended multiple times on the incredible LinkdIn platform, I plan to continue sharing my views and values as an Israel patriot, and not backing down to professional networks terrorists and radical Islamists suppoertes. I get 1,000's of personal comments and feedbacks from colleagues and friends globally, who share with me how they are able to stay up-to-date with the events in Israel, and Jewish people from all over the world who are drawing strength from hearing the direct Israeli prespective, rather then through the bias media. I'm also overwhelmed with the business offers I get from all over the globe to do business with Israel. Watch out for a new partnership talking place with Saudi Arebia 😉 Once people apprach me, they feel like they know me well already. Strange. Anyway, I urge you to continue to reach out to me, comment, like, and most importantly REPOST, as my posts now reach about 100,000 daily impressions with over 1.1M Linkediners #standwithIsrael #business #investments #leadership #creativity #Israel #Jewish #LinkdIn #authenticity
