Every year, in our Country, December 23 is celebrated as "The National Farmers Day" also known as "Kisan Diwas" Why is it celebrated?! This day honours the contribution made by millions of farmers. It also marks the Birth Anniversary of the 5th Prime Minister of India, Shri Charan Singh.
