Huge congratulations to Vivekanandhan Natarajan and Sumana Ammaiyappan. It’s been a privilege to partner with them from Day 0 on their mission to help SaaS companies accelerate product adoption and customer onboarding through an AI-powered customer education platform. From "How-to videos to full-fledged product academies", Trainn became a category-defining multi-platform for modern SaaS teams. With this acquisition, Trainn team will now help elevate Chargebee’s customer training experience and it's a strong validation of their AI-native approach, and a proud moment for what product-first SaaS teams from India can build for the world.
