Generative AI (Launch of ChatGPT by OpenAI) has shaken the industry like Netscape (Leading to interactive Web as we know it now) did in mid 90s and then AWS (Cloud Services with Scaled applications) did in mid 2000s. As a part of System integrator family, I try to remain neutral to vendor offerings for technology learning. OCI courses, both associate and Professional are literally the best in the indsutry you can find with minimal focus on OCI Infra (Cohere LLM Model focussed). You can not have single course covering every aspect, this is worth trying (and recommended). Although I will say, the exam was not "Professional" level standard.

Artificial intelligence (AI) is rapidly evolving, and with it comes a lot of hype – and a healthy dose of fear. AI's Potential is beyond human intelligence: Just think about the superior intelligence animals have, cats, dogs, and dolphins, and the potential for machines to imitate and incorporate all these intelligent abilities from them!!! 2. Risks Exist, But We Can Mitigate Them: Openness and accessibility in AI research are key to mitigating risks. Open Source is essential! 3. Humans Still Rule: Both videos remind us that even with advanced AI, human qualities like earning trust, empathy, compassion, and critical thinking will be irreplaceable. The future of AI is likely collaborative, with humans and machines working together, but the balance of power might shift as AI capabilities evolve. 4. Not everyone or everything in this universe wants to take over the world, certainly not machines. Here is my favorite line from Yann: “Intelligence has nothing to do with a desire to dominate. It’s not even true for humans,” he said. “If it were true that the smartest humans wanted to dominate others, then Albert Einstein and other scientists would have been both rich and powerful, and they were neither.” #AI #AIfears #futureofwork #responsibleAI

GenHI, Generative Human Intelligence, is a term I just came up with after watching this video. It truly feels generative, doesn’t it? The brain of this artist seems to have a trained model of toys in various positions. If #AI teams can emulate the thought processes of artists like the one who created this piece, we could witness a new level of creativity in #GenAI.

Amazon Web Services (AWS) rolled out v1.0 of cost data export compliant with FinOps Foundation FOCUS specifications. zOpt.ai is a contributor to #FinOps #FOCUS specifications and I am glad to see the progress and adoption of the standard specifications by all the major cloud providers. This is a major step in understanding cloud spend across cloud providers in uniform manner.
