Figuring out a "compelling event" enabling a transaction solves most of the #qualification problem. In B2B, the biggest obstacle for salespeople is "status quo/do nothing". Knowledge of compelling events aligns with intent better. In the absence of a compelling event, the customer will need a compelling business case which is a much harder and time-consuming problem to solve. 💱 💡 Additionally, The more the client gives access to internal information and people (sponsor, champion, buying process etc.), the better it is going to work out for both. For me, the degree of #engagement works better than the qualification frameworks/process. 🕴
