Prevention of Unauthorized Access: Only authorized individuals with the correct biometric data linked to their Aadhar can gain access, reducing the risk of unauthorized entry. 2. Eliminates Proxy Attendance or Entry With biometric verification, Aadhar-based systems prevent proxy attendance or entry, which is common with traditional access cards or passwords. Employees, students, or visitors must be physically present for authentication, ensuring true identification. 3. Ease of Use No Need for Passwords or Cards: Aadhar-based systems eliminate the need for carrying ID cards or remembering passwords. Users simply need to provide their biometric data, making the process quick, seamless, and user-friendly. Contactless Access: Some Aadhar-based devices allow for contactless entry, reducing physical touch and increasing hygiene, which is especially beneficial in settings like hospitals, offices, or schools. 4. Real-Time Data Access and Monitoring Aadhar-based access control systems can integrate with digital databases for real-time tracking of access events, including timestamps and user identity. This facilitates efficient monitoring and auditing of entry/exit events. Centralized Management: These systems allow for centralized management of access control across multiple locations, making it easier to monitor and control security in large organizations or buildings. 5. Cost-Effective and Scalable Reduced Need for Paper-based Systems: Aadhar-based systems can reduce the need for manual logging or paper-based records, lowering administrative costs and minimizing human errors. Scalable Solution: The Aadhar database is national in scope, making it easy to scale the access control solution for organizations or institutions with large numbers of people. 6.
