The ASTM International Additive Manufacturing Certification Committee (AMCC) has been working on an important initiative to define and standardize fundamental quality and process requirements for Additive Manufacturing (AM) providers. Nominated by Lionel Ridosz on behalf of Safran, AM Craft - Aviation Additive Manufacturing Services had the honor of supporting a pilot audit of this emerging framework, one of the first steps toward what promises to be a game-changer for the AM industry. The ASTM Additive Manufacturing Certification Program provides high-quality audits from a world-recognized organization that assess the additive manufacturing process capabilities of suppliers and service providers. We look forward to becoming one of the first companies to certify once it is officially released!

We are happy to announce that we completed a project for LOT Polish Airlines last year, delivering 1200 printed and finished arm caps with EASA Form 1 Airworthiness certificates using Stratasys #FDM technology and Mankiewicz Coating Solutions. The parts are installed on LOT's Boeing #737 fleet.

Engaging discussions and meaningful questions reaffirmed the industry's enthusiasm for EASA Part 21G-approved additive manufacturing solutions for aviation. We are especially proud to share that AM Craft was honored as a nominee for the Start-Up Award at Formnext 2024! This recognition inspires us to push even further in showcasing what is possible in certified additive manufacturing for aviation. For our debut year as exhibitors, the experience exceeded expectations.
