EASA Part 21G certified additive manufacturing of aircraft cabin interior components
About us
AM Craft is a one-stop-shop for polymer Additive Manufacturing for the Aviation Industry. Specializing in non-structural parts in the cabin, AM Craft customers include aircraft operators, MROs, part manufacturers that benefit from shorter lead times, as well as decreased weight, increased functionality, and optimized design for the aircraft cabin interior parts. In collaboration with an EASA Part 21J certified partners, AM Craft offers end-to-end support with aircraft cabin interior part design certification, manufacturing, and delivery with a FORM1 certificate. AM Craft uses 8x in-house Stratasys FDM industrial additive manufacturing machines (Fortus 450 and F900 systems). Together with partners, AM Craft is able to accommodate flexible delivery schedules and volume orders by leveraging a consolidated polymer additive manufacturing capacity, totaling 50+ printers at 7 different locations in EMEA. All of our printers, including our partners, use high-performance (high strength-to-weight ratio, excellent heat resistance, high impact strength) and aerospace-certified (FST and stringent test criteria compliant) materials such as ULTEM™ 9085 CG. Whether you need support in projects involving prototyping, tooling, aircraft interior end-part modification or development, AM Craft would be the right partner to work with!

The ASTM International Additive Manufacturing Certification Committee (AMCC) has been working on an important initiative to define and standardize fundamental quality and process requirements for Additive Manufacturing (AM) providers. Nominated by Lionel Ridosz on behalf of Safran, AM Craft - Aviation Additive Manufacturing Services had the honor of supporting a pilot audit of this emerging framework, one of the first steps toward what promises to be a game-changer for the AM industry. The ASTM Additive Manufacturing Certification Program provides high-quality audits from a world-recognized organization that assess the additive manufacturing process capabilities of suppliers and service providers. We look forward to becoming one of the first companies to certify once it is officially released!

✈️ AM Craft at Formnext - Where ideas take shape 2024✈️ This year marked a milestone for AM Craft as we transitioned from attendees to exhibitors at Formnext! Present across three dynamic locations, we had: ✅ A start-up booth to highlight our innovative journey. ✅ A spot at the alphacam GmbH booth, where we showcased our aircraft interior parts. ✅ Our lavatory module was presented at the Stratasys booth, demonstrating the possibilities of additive manufacturing in aviation. Throughout the expo, the interest in AM Craft was undeniable! Engaging discussions and meaningful questions reaffirmed the industry's enthusiasm for EASA Part 21G-approved additive manufacturing solutions for aviation. We are especially proud to share that AM Craft was honored as a nominee for the Start-Up Award at Formnext 2024! This recognition inspires us to push even further in showcasing what is possible in certified additive manufacturing for aviation. For our debut year as exhibitors, the experience exceeded expectations. Inspired by this success, Formnext - Where ideas take shape 2025 is already on our agenda, so get ready to see even more of what’s possible when certified additive manufacturing transforms aviation! A huge thank you to our fantastic team: Scott Sevcik, Didzis Dejus, Stefan Roeding, Elīna Vīndedze, Pärtel-Peeter Kruuv, and Klāss Brikmanis for making this a success, and to our valued partners alphacam GmbH and Stratasys for their collaboration. The future of aviation manufacturing is here, and AM Craft is proud to lead the way! 🚀 #AdditiveManufacturing #AviationInnovation #Formnext2024 #EASA #PART21G #3DPrinting #AMCraft
