For this upcoming International Women’s Day, we want to highlight Chia-Jung Hou, an R&D engineer in the Ultra Low Power Radio Frequency team at Holst Centre. 💬 "Every day at Holst Centre brings new challenges and opportunities, and that’s what I love about being an R&D engineer. I’ve never felt defined by being a woman in this role—I’m simply seen as a designer, just like everyone else. That mindset makes working here a great place for women in technical fields. I’m confident more women will join the tech world because innovation is for everyone, and diverse perspectives only make us stronger."

At Holst Centre, we believe diversity fuels innovation, and tomorrow, on International Women’s Day, we will celebrate the inspiring women driving technology forward. Meet Marzieh Hashemipour Nazari, a hardware engineer at Holst Centre, who is pushing boundaries in the tech industry. 💬 "From the moment I discovered the power of mathematics and logic, I knew I wanted to build something meaningful. Choosing a career in hardware engineering was both a passion and a challenge, I wanted to prove that women belong in this field. Today, I see firsthand how diversity strengthens innovation. Women bring essential skills to tech, creativity, problem-solving, and a vision for technology that serves humanity." Let’s continue to inspire the next generation of women in STEM!
