Toch zijn leveranciers steeds vaker het zwakke punt in de keten. 📌 De nieuwe #BIO2.0 – de opvolger van de Baseline Informatiebeveiliging Overheid – stelt strengere eisen aan informatiebeveiliging, met specifieke aandacht voor leveranciersmanagement en ketenverantwoordelijkheid. Ook NIS2 - de EU Cybersecurity richtlijn - vraagt om aantoonbare grip op uw IT-leveranciers. Gemeenten vallen voor #NIS2 onder de categorie ‘essentiële entiteiten’ en moeten dus voldoen aan deze Europese wetgeving.
