It makes mistakes, but its perfect in making suggestions. Every ad is always touched by a human making it authentic. 2️⃣ 𝐈𝐧𝐩𝐮𝐭 𝐢𝐬 𝐤𝐞𝐲: Better input means better recommendations. Our edge lies in a complete view of every local advertiser, pulling data from every source (web, social, …) to fuel AI. 3️⃣ 𝐀𝐈 𝐢𝐬 𝐧𝐨𝐭 𝐚𝐧 𝐈𝐓 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭:  AI needs an interdisciplinary team collaborating daily. In our case, tech, product, and ad creation collaborate closely to ensure constant improvements. 4️⃣ 𝐖𝐨𝐫𝐤 𝐢𝐬 10% 𝐒𝐞𝐭𝐮𝐩 𝐚𝐧𝐝 90% 𝐑𝐞𝐯𝐢𝐞𝐰, 𝐀𝐧𝐧𝐨𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐎𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐦𝐢𝐳𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Prompting is never perfect, so constant iteration is key. We use LangChain as our OS, allowing us to evaluate, improve, and deploy updates almost daily. Feedback is essential; all team members share insights in a dedicated Slack channel, and we analyze each campaign’s results. 5️⃣ 𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐭 𝐄𝐧𝐠𝐢𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 = 𝐂𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐢𝐭𝐲 + 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡 𝐀𝐛𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬: A completely new discipline that, for us, combines the creativity of a content marketer with the abstract, logical thinking of a developer. How do you break down creativity into rules? It took time for us to understand and cultivate this skill across the team (and its still in process …) 6️⃣ 𝐓𝐡𝐞𝐫𝐞’𝐬 𝐍𝐨 “𝐎𝐧𝐞-𝐌𝐨𝐝𝐞𝐥-𝐅𝐢𝐭𝐬-𝐀𝐥𝐥”: We currently use GPT-4 for high-quality content, AI at Meta’s Llama 3 on Groq’s ultra-fast LPUs for tasks that need high inference speed, and Anthropic’s Claude 3 Haiku for large inputs. However, we continuously adapt these models to our needs. 7️⃣ 𝐋𝐋𝐌𝐬 𝐞𝐯𝐨𝐥𝐯𝐞 𝐫𝐚𝐩𝐢𝐝𝐥𝐲: The speed at which models develop means we’re constantly iterating. With LangChain, we can plug-and-play new LLMs, testing them A/B with large datasets. What wasn’t feasible yesterday often becomes possible tomorrow. For us, Groq’s inference speed has been a game changer. 8️⃣ 𝐘𝐨𝐮 𝐝𝐨𝐧’𝐭 𝐚𝐥𝐰𝐚𝐲𝐬 𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐝 𝐭𝐨 𝐬𝐰𝐢𝐭𝐜𝐡 𝐦𝐨𝐝𝐞𝐥𝐬: We often don’t see an impact that justifies switching to the latest versions right away. 9️⃣ 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐩 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐇𝐚𝐫𝐝𝐰𝐚𝐫𝐞: First, we hosted our own models, but the maintenance was high. Now, we integrate almost all LLMs via leading platforms, which lets us iterate faster. With "tokens-as-a-service" model, we benefit from flexible costs, scaling as needed without heavy upfront investments. 🔟 𝐉𝐮𝐬𝐭 𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐫𝐭: In the beginning, we made great progress with a Python developer and a prompt engineer. Tools like LangChain, open-source LLMs, and providers like Hugging Face & Groq make it easy to build your own apps with minimal resources and no big setup costs. #ai #langchain #groq #huggingface

How we got 103 leads at €4,82 each with LinkedIn ads. We used these 3 ingredients: A few weeks ago, we launched a simple lead generation campaign for a client. The concept? We created a cheat sheet for him and pushed the landing page with a few LinkedIn ads. The result? - 103 highly qualified leads - 4,82€ per lead But how did we get those results? 1) A Small Specific Niche By focusing on a very specific target audience (sales team managers), we only got qualified leads to see our ads. Showing your ads only to the right people will drive your cost per lead down by default. Then all of the copy was highly targeted, which increases the conversion rate. And higher conversion rate = lower cost per lead. 2) High (perceived) Value Our cheat sheet was packed with specific knowledge. We didn't just ask ChatGPT. We interviewed our client, who is a real expert. Then, the cheat sheet format is great for this as it's highly curiosity-based. People see the final product, but can't read all of the small lines, which makes them want to get access to it. Finally, a cheat sheet is easy-to-consume. It's only one page. You could run through it in 60 seconds (contrary to ebooks for example). This means people are impulsive about it. They know that if it's no good, they won't waste hours on it. 3) Smart Distribution Finally, we used a distribution channel that is particularly performing these days: Personal profile LinkedIn ads. Recently, LinkedIn added the possibility to put ad budget behind employees' posts. And as any new feature, they're boosting the results to get people to adopt it. Did you know that with Google Ads you can do radius targeting around third-party locations? For example, within a 5-kilometer radius of Albert Heijn or Jumbo Supermarkten? If your product is sold at one of these supermarkets, you can target people around that supermarket. How to leverage Google’s machine to find untapped keywords and to create thousands of different ads in one click: I’ll introduce you to: Dynamic Search Ads. With this feature, you can (hybrid) create ads based on both your inputs and the content of the landing page. This is also a great way to find keywords that you might not have thought about and it also gives you the opportunity to create thousands of advertisements with just one click. Knowing how to properly use DSA’s is essential to making those ads successful. To help everyone out there, I created a cheat sheet of the most important things to keep in mind while creating DSA’s. Here we go: 𝟏. 𝐏𝐫𝐞𝐩𝐚𝐫𝐞 𝐘𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐋𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐏𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐬 → Ensure your landing pages are well-optimized with clear, relevant content. Google uses this content to match search queries and create ad headlines. → Include a variety of keywords and phrases related to your products or services on your landing pages to enhance relevance. → Regularly update and improve your landing pages to maintain high quality and relevance for your DSAs. 𝟐. 𝐂𝐡𝐨𝐨𝐬𝐞 𝐀𝐩𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐫𝐢𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐓𝐚𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠 → Use specific targeting options such as categories, URLs, page titles, and page content to control which parts of your website are used for DSAs. → Focus on high-performing product or service categories to maximize ad relevance and performance. → Exclude pages that are not relevant or optimized for conversions to avoid wasting ad spend. 𝟑. 𝐔𝐭𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐳𝐞 𝐍𝐞𝐠𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞 𝐊𝐞𝐲𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐬 → Regularly add negative keywords to prevent your ads from showing for irrelevant searches. This helps improve the quality and relevance of your traffic. → Review the search terms report to identify and exclude non-converting or low-performing keywords. → Continuously update your negative keyword list based on performance data to refine your targeting. 𝟒. 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐥𝐨𝐫𝐞 𝐔𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐞𝐝 𝐊𝐞𝐲𝐰𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐬 → Use the search terms report from your DSA campaigns to discover new keywords that are driving traffic and conversions. → Incorporate these newly discovered keywords into your regular search campaigns to expand your reach. → Test and refine these keywords to optimize their performance in your standard campaigns. 𝟓. 𝐖𝐫𝐢𝐭𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐜𝐫𝐢𝐩𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 → Craft engaging and relevant ad descriptions that complement the dynamically generated headlines. 𝐂𝐚𝐬𝐞: How we generated €94,659.70 in 120 days for MOAI with Google Ads 📈: MOAI is a paddle board brand, based in the Netherlands, but active throughout Europe. They had struggles scaling in multiple countries at the same time, and contacted us to help them with that - all while keeping high cash flow. We did not only expand our ads’ reach to multiple countries in Europe, but we optimized every bit of the account towards as much profit as possible. We installed Server Side Tagging (with ProfitMetrics to get profit insights as well), restructured the account and executed well-educated experiments to increase results – with success. Google Ads was their saviour in this time period. I like to use performance segments with Google Ads, you probably too. Not only did we got a ton of nice segmenting options from scripts or 3rd party tools, but this also emerged to one of the better shopping strategies in the last couple of years.
