The Cedar County Advertiser was a newspaper published in Cedar County, Iowa in the mid-19th century.

Publication History

The Cedar County Advertiser began in 1853 as a retitled version of The Cedar Country News-Letter, continuing the numbering of the series it had started the previous month. It ran under that title until 1856, when it was retitled The Tipton Advertiser. The present-day successor to this paper is the Tipton Conservative and Advertiser.
