Honoring #WorldDownSyndromeDay, JazzCash hosted KDSP - A Down Syndrome Organisation for an insightful session at our headquarters. The discussion shed light on essential topics, including an introduction to Down syndrome, common misconceptions, and the importance of inclusion. The global incidence of Down syndrome is 1 in 1,000 to 1,100 live births, with around 3,000 to 5,000 children born with this condition each year. As part of Jazz and JazzCash’s DEI initiative, we are committed to recognizing neurodiversity—which includes autism, ADHD, Down syndrome, and dyslexia—to create a more inclusive workplace and society. Through meaningful conversations and interactive discussions, we explored ways to contribute to a more informed, accepting, and supportive society for individuals with Down syndrome. We appreciate KDSP for their invaluable insights and everyone who participated in making this session impactful!

JazzCash conducted a two-day workshop at Qasr-e-Behbood, empowering female entrepreneurs with financial literacy and digital financial tools. With successful account onboarding, participants gained easier access to financial services to support their businesses. Building on this initiative, JazzCash will now conduct monthly workshops to further drive financial inclusion.
