This app STILL SUCKS!!! The app crashes every single time I try and scroll down the schedule. I have tried every combination of deleting the data, the cache memory and uninstalling it and reinstall it and it keeps doing the same thing. And this isn't on an old phone, this is on a Galaxy Samsung S24 Ultra!! It would be nice if that makers actually address this issue!!!!

It's terrible in every aspect. Had to create a new account because the password wasn't working. I reset it but the app still didn't recognize it. We always have trouble accessing tickets. We have to stop at the Hotspot outside the field in order to get to them. It is difficult to find the GameDay information (Giveaway, National Anthem singer, Flyby, Honored, etc.) Also can never get to the GameDay games (Dunkin Race, Song pick, etc.). Worst of all, it consistently crashes.

They don't stay up to date on their own news or coaching search. The App/site is really lacking in design and layout. Their press conferences are joke as you have wait for someone to come on for more than an hour or more sometimes. I watch those on You Tube. The Detriot Lions press conferences start when they notify you they they start. No waiting. Atleast the audio has gotten better for press conferences so I can hear them. Bears need to invest more in the app/site.
