During their journey, discussions on movies, simple philosophy and morality become juxtaposed with the revealing revelation as to why Kendra's mum desperately wants her to attend this Hollywood audition. Kendra becomes completely disillusioned with the plan due to her mother's perpetual controlling behaviour and decides to attend the audition solo, to accidental and purely scare-induced consequences.
