The regulatory landscape for sustainability is continuously evolving and changing. Recently, the omnibus proposal was announced, featuring two key aspects: -"Stop the clock," a delay in reporting requirements for wave 2 and 3 companies (large undertakings and listed SMEs) -Reduction in reporting requirements with new thresholds for reporting (>1000 employees for CSRD). It's crucial to note that the omnibus is still in the proposal stage and subject to change. Monitoring these changes and understanding their implications for your business is essential.
