Westerberg & Partners’ Ginta Ahrel, specialized in international arbitration, has contributed to the new edition of International Arbitration in Practice. Together with Yael Ribco Borman (Gaillard Banifatemi Shelbaya Disputes), Ginta authored the chapter “Working with Co-counsel” which explores the typical scenarios in which a co-counsel relationship is formed and provides practical advice on how to sustain a healthy and efficient relationship between co-counsel.   The book provides guidance on the principal stages of real-world international arbitration. The report provides insights into challenge cases in the Nordic countries over the last two years. This year’s report also contains an overview of the Nordic approach to excess of mandate as a ground for challenging arbitral awards.
