Ever wonder how autonomous transport is being implemented? We have been working with our partner, DSTA since 2023 on implementing our #MooBus-7 in 2 locations for scheduled and on-demand autonomous shuttle services within its premises. This light-hearted video shows the pre-commissioning verification and validation (V&V) works required before actual operations. Even when in operations, continuous improvements and monitoring are needed to improve the performance and reliability of the solutions to achieve a high level of quality. We are aware of an incident involving a MooVita autonomous bus this morning. At the time, the vehicle was under manual operation by the safety operator and not driven autonomously. Both the safety operator and the one passenger on board at that time were unhurt. The safety of our passengers, staff and road users is our utmost priority and we are working with the relevant authorities and partners to investigate the incident. The first Autonomous Tourist Bus is launched! On 1st Jan 2025, the first autonomous tourist bus was launched in Tianjin Eco-city. With RMB20, tourists can experience a smooth and comfortable bus ride and bringing them to places of interest within the city. First post of 2025! Since 2023, we have been serving the Ngee Ann Polytechnic community with our #MooBus-7, providing first/last-mile autonomous shuttle service. From 6th Jan 2025, we have expanded our Autonomous Campus Shuttle fleet, with 3 MooBuses serving between King Albert Park (KAP) MRT, Clementi MRT and within the campus. Successfully launched commercial autonomous bus services in Tianjin Eco-City (China), Putrajaya (Malaysia), and Singapore, making seamless and sustainable urban mobility a reality. 2. Renewed and expanded our autonomous shuttle service at Ngee Ann Polytechnic, continuing to provide innovative and reliable transportation solutions. 3. Became the first foreign company to attain an Autonomous Vehicle (AV) Permit in China – a monumental step for us and a recognition of our technologies adaptable to both left- and right-hand driving. 4. Indeed, declining birthrates and aging population have affected and will continue to affect essential services globally, and this include transportation. Without a stable driver pool, the demand for an effective, safe and pleasant service is increasingly challenging.   At MooVita, we believe the solution to these problems is simple – disrupting the driver profession by leveraging new technologies to transform it into becoming sustainable for the millions that make up the industry.   Our CHOFER™ and MooBus™ autonomous driving solutions are built:   - For accessibility and availability. CHOFER and MooBus are designed to operate in both confined areas and urban cities. it is constantly being enhanced with and capabilities and is adaptable to different driving cultures, weather and environment.   - For safety. Our CHOFER autonomous driving software is trained by expert drivers, real-world data and robust simulation. It is designed to operate safety on its intended route (even at high speeds), while continually learning and improving over time. Tele-assistance capabilities are available for remote operator to gain control of the MooBus in cases where it needs help.   - To scale. CHOFER will provide transport companies a reliable, predictable driver supply, filling the gaps transport operators struggle with today - and scaling with the increased demand they can fulfill tomorrow.   - For fleet utilization. Fully autonomous buses are not restricted by hours-of-service requirements and only need to stop for fueling, passenger transit, and maintenance. With no hours-of-service limitations, our MooBuses will be able to deliver an efficient, energy saving and reliable service.   Another disruptive technology is Tele-assistance. It allows operators to oversee and control multiple AVs at once and from nearly anywhere which ultimately will create a more controlled work environment in comparison to long hours and days on the road.
