This means LVMH can potentially drive innovation in DATA ANALYSIS & utilization, creating huge impact in ads, physical display, content creation, CLIENTELING, customer service, eCommerce / offline / OMNICHANNEL interactive shopping experiences, and even in INTERNAL departments like manufacturing and supply chain. How would they be applied? 🔹 Franck le Moal, LVMH’s CIO, has revealed in the past that AI capabilities are supporting the Group’s wine and spirits sector’s manufacturing side using image analysis. 🔹 Creative directors, designers, and visual merchandisers are also utilizing AI and GenAI as complementary tools for their creative ventures. 💡 Moreover, by analyzing data from the supply chain and various global markets, LVMH can potentially to make better SALES FORECASTS, and fine-tune the level of production and inventory allocation... for maximum ROI. This optimization can be applied to multiple divisions, including fashion, wine and spirits, and perfume. 🔥 LVMH has always stood out for its substantial INVESTMENT in advertising & marketing and R&D. According to Statista, by 2022, LVMH reportedly spent nearly €10 billion annually on its portfolio of over 70 brands, with this amount growing each year. Overall, the continued collaboration with Alibaba for digital transformation in China demonstrates that LVMH has a strong and clear vision for the future, supported by a solid long-term growth strategy both globally and locally, to strengthen customer interactions and relationships. According to industry experts, despite a tenfold increase in revenue over the past decade, Vietnam's retail market share remains lower than that of its neighbouring countries. Reading this feature from Nikkei, honestly, makes me feel a bit anxious about AI's impact on Japan's anime industry. It's tough for creatives to adapt AI trends. There's a real psychological struggle in figuring out how to work alongside AI. On the other hand, the mobile generation seems to prefer quick, easy-to-digest content, which makes me worry that those deep, touching stories might get lost. #Singapore Some interesting data coming out of Singapore this morning. "Luxury home sales fall 50% on-year in Q1, with just one foreign buyer. Observers said the doubling of property taxes has dampened the interest from overseas investors in buying residential properties in Singapore" [Source CNA]. In April last year, the ABSD [Additional Buyers Stamp Duty] for foreign buyers of residential homes was raised from 30 per cent to 60 per cent, as part of cooling measures set by the government to stabilise the market and indeed it appears to have worked with the doubling of property taxes significantly reducing the interest from foreign investors in buying residential properties in Singapore. https://lnkd.in/d-bCeHuX LuxuryProperty.com®

Retail investors jumped at the chance to invest in Hong Kong actor Roger Kwok’s company, with the initial public offering (IPO) oversubscribed more than 6,000 times, the second-highest on record in the city. Herbs Generation Group, the healthcare products company co-founded by Kwok and his sister, priced its shares at the low end of its range at HK$3.75, resulting in the retail tranche being oversubscribed 6,083 times. The international portion was oversubscribed 0.8 times. A slew of Chinese firms are racing to list before 2024 ends! China’s popular cheap eats food chain Xiaocaiyuan will launch tomorrow. It plans to sell 101 million shares for HK$8.50 each on Friday, which would raise about HK$860 million, according to its prospectus. Entrepreneurial Journey: The Power of Networking While taking part in a trade fair in Hong Kong in October 2008, which was related to fashion accessories, we represented our Indian company, exhibiting lightweight scarves and shawls. Across from us was a Chinese booth displaying backpacks. During the course of the four-day exhibition, we started interacting with the lady manning the Chinese booth, who was a sales manager. She loved our collection of scarves and commented on how impressive it was. I replied, "We are good for summer, but for winter, China takes over in the cold weather category." I expressed my interest in having an office in China, and she casually asked where. I mentioned Hangzhou, and she promptly gave a reference of a friend. By December of the same year, thanks to the contact she provided, we had an office opened in China. This experience reinforced for me that networking truly creates results.
