Singapore-based insurtech firm Igloo has launched its direct-to-consumer platform igloo.co.id in Indonesia, expanding its offerings in the insurance space after making headway in its business-to-business-to-consumer and business-to-agent models. The D2C platform leverages Igloo’s strong insurance network to offer tailored microinsurance products for digital consumers in one place. Consumers can explore a variety of insurance products on the platform, including motorcycle, car, pet, and travel insurance from top insurers. Rose C.'s recent visit to our Malaysia office coincided with Asia's largest insurance ecosystem conference, InsurTech Connect Asia. This provided a fantastic opportunity to network with new colleagues and key industry leaders driving the insurance sector forward. The conference buzzed with discussions on pivotal topics such as Generative AI, data utilisation, insurance distribution, and more, all of which are shaping the future of our industry.
