Closeness to the consumer. #Market leaders learn from their customers. There are many examples of customer focus, such as McDonald's. 3. Independence and entrepreneurship. Successful companies support leaders and innovators among their employees. Thanks to this approach, the American corporation 3M Company annually produces more than 100 significant products. 4. People as a factor of productivity. Leaders of successful organizations recognize ordinary employees as the primary source of quality and #productivity improvement. 5. Focus on values. Employees know the company's mission and ideals and are familiar with basic principles. 6. Loyalty to your beliefs and vocation. "Never buy a business that you don't know how to run" (Robert Johnson, former Chairman of the Board of Directors of Johnson & Johnson). 7. Simple form, a small team. This provides companies with flexibility and the ability to respond quickly to changes. 8. A combination of loyalty in #management. Successful corporations are both centralized and decentralized. There is strict control, but they are open to changes and new ideas.
