We were thrilled to attend the Superdrug Healthcare Conference at the Radisson Hotel in London Heathrow earlier this week, and have the opportunity to engage with healthcare colleagues. David Powick (Head of Sales, National Chains) and Matt Courtney-Smith (National Account Controller) were in attendance, and had the chance to speak with delegates. “This was a brilliant opportunity to meet and speak with more than 350 Pharmacists, Nurses, and Regional Healthcare Managers to hear their feedback on the service provided by AAH since we became Superdrug’s first line wholesaler at the beginning of October last year.” Said Matt. “Among the attendees, we caught up with the team from the Superdrug Hub, with whom we are working closely to support their bespoke forecasts and stock requirements for the Superdrug Online Doctor business.” “It was great to hear that our collaboration with Superdrug’s head office team is really benefiting the colleagues in the pharmacies and nurse clinics, and we have come away with a few more ideas to make the ordering process even easier.
