Another season, another tree-planting mission complete.🌳 Last weekend, under perfect sunny skies, our Amdaris Moldova team joined forces once again with Hai Moldova NGO to plant trees with love and care for a better, greener future. We do this every spring and autumn, and we’re not stopping anytime soon. A huge thank you to our green heroes who made it happen! 💚

What an incredible night at our Women in Tech event in Timisoara ✨ Inspired by the Past, Shaping the Future ✨! 🚀 The room was full with amazing people eager to learn, share, and innovate. We kicked off with inspiring stories from our colleagues, followed by an insightful talk on Agile methodologies. Then, the fun began with our interactive AI Innovation Workshop! Participants went through two exciting iterations: 🔹 Iteration 1: Define your AI-generated tech invention, name it, and explain how it works. 🔹 Iteration 2: Gather feedback, adapt, and prepare a creative pitch—whether a skit, ad, or TED Talk! The energy was contagious, and the projects were both hilarious and visionary! 🎭💡 Our jury voted based on Innovation, Humor & Creativity, and Feasibility, and after some tough competition, we had a winner! 🏆 A huge thank you to our amazing speakers who inspired us with their insights and experiences: 💡 Madalina Anghel – Business Analysis Capability Lead 💡 Andreea Costea – Senior Business Analyst 💡 Ioana Balaci – Portfolio Director 💡 Cristina Lascu – Delivery Lead We also held a raffle with inspiring books about women in tech 📚 and ended the day with great food, wine, and meaningful conversations. 🍷💬 Thank you to everyone who joined—we can’t wait for the next edition! #womenintech #greatminds #inovation

Interestingly, she started as a Journalism major with dreams of becoming a war correspondent. Now, she’s tackling different kinds of challenges—like managing Scrum vs. Kanban debates and handling stakeholder management. She loves working in tech because it’s all about problem-solving and innovation.
