As the business has developed over the years, we are now seeking an experienced E-commerce Marketing Manager to assist in driving our online presence and performance to the next level. 💻This exciting role is perfect for an experienced and strategic marketer with a proven track record in e-commerce, paid campaigns and social media, if you are looking for the autonomy to shape marketing strategy while staying actively involved in its delivery, this opportunity is not to be missed. This role is integral to driving brand growth, strengthening our positioning in the market, and engaging both existing and new customers to build lasting loyalty. You will take ownership of the planning and delivery of our marketing strategy; collaborate across teams to align marketing efforts and ensure the seamless integration of storytelling and brand elevation in everything we do. The successful candidate will bring; ➡️Proven experience in e-commerce marketing, with a strong focus on driving online sales and customer engagement ➡️Expertise in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, email marketing platforms, paid ads) ➡️Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies ➡️Exceptional communication and organisational skills, with experience working across several brands ➡️A proactive and innovative mindset, always looking for opportunities to improve and grow, but also able to role up your sleeves and assist with other duties where required to muck in with the team. ➡️Candidates must be competent using various IT packages including Canva, Adobe, Mailchimp, META, GA4, Salesfire experience preferred but not essential.
