Hands on DD / Branding Designer 2 mnth FTC (initial, could extend) approx £80-90k To start asap / within the next two weeks Our award-winning agency client is kicking off a brand refresh project for a brand in the luxury space (i.e audience is high net-worth, but it's not high fashion lux). It is a luxe chauffeur driven car service, who's audience is businesses. They need a Senior who can help create the brand (icon/ elements/guidelines etc) and really help elevate the brand presence. In an absolutely ideal world, it would encompass conceptual motion design too, to bring it to life in motion throughout the concept stages. Conceptual Design Director 3 mnths FTC to rolling £80-90k | start 1st April We are delighted to be partnering with the Design Hub for a leading ATL, looking for a hands-on conceptual DD for a 3 month FTC, quite possibly rolling. They need a DD who is highly conceptual to partner with Creatives, to float around on the more creative projects . Ad-land background and know how is essential, hybrid branding backgrounds ideal. Books need to be really exciting, not too traditional or commercial or corporate; they need to see purist craft, flair and a modern twist, an edge...someone maverick and disruptive to really challenge things, tear up the rule book. Motion is a definitely a nice to have, a massive plus, but other members of the team can help with basic animation too. You will be jointly sharing the direction with another very talented DD, dividing your time between the accounts, looking after the direction of the studio and overseeing a really strong and varied team with great skills at your disposal. The new DD will be hands-on and looking after the Designers from a creative stand point but you wont be bogged down with pastoral care / line management so this is a real chance to flourish. But this could evolve if the position extends beyond the first three months. That said, you should be excited by helping to build the culture, even within the first three months, to rally the team.
