Women in Trading... 2.0! Last week, we hosted our Women in Trading Insight event for the second year running, welcoming over 50 students to our London office. The event began with an insight to Glencore from Jake Harman, setting the stage for an interactive #trading simulation, where participants had the chance to learn more about #commodities trading by exploring several hypothetical trading scenarios. The afternoon concluded with a Q&A session with two of our female traders, who shared insights into their #careers, what they enjoy within their roles, and reflected on what it is like being a woman in a trading environment. It was fantastic to connect with so many talented and ambitious future professionals. A huge thank you to everyone who attended - we look forward to seeing where your careers take you!
