Many thanks to everyone who participated in our innovation forum today to explore innovation that enables more days at home for patients and how it can be scaled in NW London.   Scale of innovation is a truly <delete as necessary - knotty / complex / difficult / tricky / elusive > problem and one which requires expending plenty of emotional and cognitive energy from a range of stakeholders in order to solve.   This is what I felt was on display today from our innovators and delegates from across health, social care, voluntary and charity organisations.   For next steps, we will collate the group thoughts on how innovation can be scaled in NW London, connect innovators and delegates who share enthusiasm for solving shared problems, and consider how ideas from today can be adopted into the ICS mission to enable more days at home plan for 2025/26.   Special thanks to our speakers Rob HURD, Anna Buckingham, Dominique Allwood, Rebecca Keller née Connolly, Matthew Wyatt and David Williams and our innovators Autumna , Trendlytics, Feebris, Sanome, Patienteer, and Health Navigator, LLC

We are delighted to see Steve Roest included in the 2025 cohort of NHS Innovation Accelerator's Fellows! 👏👏👏 As part of North West London's Mission-led approach to #CardiovascularDisease, we are currently working with NHS North West London to test PocDoc in sites in Brent and Westminster.
