⁉️𝗔𝗿𝗲 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝗘𝗺𝗽𝗹𝗼𝘆𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗖𝗼𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝘀 𝘂𝗽 𝘁𝗼 𝗱𝗮𝘁𝗲? 🧐 An employment contract serves as a safeguard for both the employer and the employee. 💡 By clearly defining the terms of employment—such as job responsibilities, compensation, working hours, confidentiality agreements, termination conditions, and dispute resolution procedures—it reduces the chances of misunderstandings. 🤝 In the event of a disagreement, the contract can act as a legal reference point, offering protection and helping to resolve conflicts more efficiently 𝘽𝙪𝙩 𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙮𝙤𝙪𝙧𝙨 𝙘𝙪𝙧𝙧𝙚𝙣𝙩𝙡𝙮 𝙪𝙥 𝙩𝙤 𝙙𝙖𝙩𝙚 𝙖𝙣𝙙 𝙧𝙤𝙗𝙪𝙨𝙩? 🥳 We love working with clients closely to help them achieve their health and safety objectives 🤝
💜💜 Building update 💜💜 I had Neathouse Partners Ltd #healthandsafety team out today. Alison who is my dedicated H&S advisor came out to check my building is safe, policy is correct, up-to-date and followed and risk assessments arein place. Was lovely to hear all the positives that she saw with the building and how hard we have worked to make it as safe as we can not just for our young people but for us as the team also. Obviously there are some areas to develop and a couple of minor things to put in place but on the whole super proud and super happy and another justification as to why Hertfordshire County Council use us and why their commissioning teams want to work with us. We care, we invest in our building and our team and we want our young people to thrive, be happy but BE SAFE!!!!!

👶 Big News for Employers: Neonatal Care Leave from 2025! From 6 April 2025, parents of babies requiring neonatal care will gain a new statutory right to up to 12 weeks of leave. This entitlement, designed to support families during difficult times, ensures parents can focus on their child’s wellbeing without worrying about rushing back to work. 💙 For employers, this means policy updates, staff training, and workforce planning. With day-one rights for employees and statutory pay for eligible workers, it's essential to act now to stay ahead. This change isn’t just about compliance – it’s an opportunity to demonstrate your commitment to your employees' wellbeing. 🙌
