With an impressive career in Finance, and most recently CEO of Middleborough Council, Clive Heaphy, FCPFA joined us at our most recent LFTF event, where the talented panel were discussing 'Gender Equality'. Clive shared his own experience about giving individuals the opportunity to develop in the workforce, and to not just 'pigeon hole' people. It's not just about spotting talent, but ensuring that the right help, support and guidance is given to ensure individuals feel confident in the workplace. For more information about Leading From The Front events, or how to become a Mentor (or a Mentee!) contact Jaspreet Bhogal, Alexandra Wibroe or Annelies Kruidenier. #Networking #Genderequality #mentorscheme

Damian Roberts, CEO of Tonbridge and Malling District Council, joined the panel at our most recent Leading From The Front (LFTF) event where the hot topic was all things gender equality. Damien was proud to discuss the ways in which he has shone a spotlight on women's equalities but noted there is still a lot more that we need to achieve. Damien's key tips were: - Be curious. - Be prepared to learn. - Create an environment where people feel safe. What key tips would you add? If you'd like to get involved in our networking group, Leading From The Front, please contact Jaspreet Bhogal, Alexandra Wibroe or Annelies Kruidenier who will be able to tell you more about the events that we have planned, and hpw our mentoring programme works. #NetworkinginLondon #EqualityDiversityandInclusion

This may come as a surprise to you, but we're not all trained actors and actresses. We're recruiters.    With Ambition.    And this year we're on a mission. A mission to find the best talent. Arthur Ambler is still working on the final * final * version of our new hiring video.    So, whilst he finishes off version, 1,332, here's the bits behind the scenes. The stuff that didn't make the final cut.    Enjoy.    #Recruitmentagency #wearehiring

Suzanne Jones, Corporate Director of Finance & Resources at Huntingdonshire District Council recently joined the formidable panel at our most recent Leading From The Front event. We invited individuals from the industry to discuss the importance of embedding gender equality into public policy. Suzanne shared an analogy that she uses in her leadership development, and lives by personally, 'If I put a statue in the middle of the room and put us four people around it, not one of us can describe the 360 view of the statue, but together we can paint a powerful picture of it.' What do you think? If you'd like to be a part of our Leading from the Front network, please get in touch directly with Jaspreet Bhogal, Alexandra Wibroe or Annelies Kruidenier for more information. #networking #genderequality #Recruitment
