As my time with SYSTRA UK & Ireland draws to a close, I’m thankful for the excellent opportunities this business has provided me with & the growth I’ve experienced. As I enter my final week at Morgan Sindall Infrastructure in the PlanBEE Rail apprenticeship, I want to reflect on an incredibly rewarding experience. Over the past six months, I’ve developed my skills, gained hands-on experience, and worked with a fantastic team that has supported me every step of the way. A special thanks to Sophia Forrest and the Work Winning team for their guidance and mentorship. Working on multiple tenders and bids has deepened my understanding of the rail industry and project life-cycle while enhancing my analytical and technical skills. Visiting sites like Beckton, Bedlington, and Blyth Bebside has also given me valuable insight into the practical side of infrastructure projects. Morgan Sindall Infrastructure has provided an environment where I could learn, grow, and challenge myself. As I move on to my next placement at Balfour Beatty, I’m excited to build on these experiences. A huge thank you to everyone at Morgan Sindall Infrastructure 

Excited to share that I’m starting my next chapter as a Project Management Apprentice at AmcoGiffen! This marks the beginning of my second placement as part of the PlanBEE Rail apprenticeship, and I’m looking forward to gaining new experiences and building on my skills in a new environment.

This week marks the start of the my second PlanBEE Rail placement. My experience with Murphy on TRU East Alliance was incredible for my first placement, huge thanks to Rob Noonan, Janine Payne, Ian Peters and any many many others. Looking forward to the next stage of my journey at Morgan Sindall Infrastructure.
