You will. Be ready.
About us
Ever wondered what separates those that can from those that can't? At PlanetK2 we help the world to think, prepare and perform like elite athletes. World class athletes and coaches know a lot about performance coaching and the mechanics behind what makes humans excel - because they practice so much to compete relatively little. We take the science behind what they know – through our leadership in sport and business, work with elite athletes at 6 Olympic and Paralympic games, as well as our partnerships with global brands – and bring the science to LIFE. Our innovative human performance experts transform these principles so individuals and businesses can apply them to their everyday working life and practice - whatever that high performance arena may be. Some call what we do performance psychology. Some call it high performance coaching. Put simply, we help our customers do what they can do - but don't. Together, we embrace change. Together we look forward and ask, 'What next?' Get in touch to engineer talent and turn it into a world class human performance.

Progress happens when we challenge stereotypes, call out discrimination, and celebrate women's achievements. This #IWD2025, we’re shining a light on the incredible women shaping our planet and celebrating their success. Today, we celebrate Lynsey Howells. Lynsey joined us in January 2023 and made an immediate impact. By the end of the year she was recognised with our Epic Award for her contribution to making us operationally excellent. A testament to the expertise and energy she brings to the team. Reflecting on her journey so far, Lynsey shared, “I love being a part of the team here. I feel able to truly be myself at work, which is a joy, and I am proud of what I have achieved since joining the company. I am also proud of how well I have finally managed to find a good balance between work and motherhood and I am incredibly grateful to be in a role which gives me the freedom to do this.” We’re proud to celebrate Lynsey today. #internationalwomensday #celebratesuccess

In order for anything to grow, it requires energy. Muscles need protein alongside excercise to grow. Your performance is the same, what are you putting in to level up your performances? #energy #highperformance

Progress happens when we challenge stereotypes, call out discrimination, and celebrate women's achievements. This #IWD2025, we’re shining a light on the incredible women shaping our planet and celebrating their success. Today we celebrate Poppy Cullen. Poppy joined the team in 2021 after completing her A-Levels, taking a year out before starting her studies at the University of Birmingham in 2022. Recently, she’s returned to PlanetK2 for her placement year, bringing fresh insights and energy to the team. Alongside her professional growth, Poppy has also been reaching new personal milestones—particularly in the gym. As she puts it, “It’s been rewarding to see my progress, both in my work and fitness, as I continue to challenge myself to achieve the goals I’ve been working towards.” Poppy’s drive to develop both personally and professionally is admirable, and we’re proud to be part of her journey. #internationalwomensday #celebratesuccess

Readiness is a key part of delivering a great performance. Fact. If you're going in underprepared you're likely to underperform. Your performances are your moments and high performers own every one. #highperformance #ownit

Progress happens when we challenge stereotypes, call out discrimination, and celebrate women's achievements. This #IWD2025, we’re shining a light on the incredible women shaping our planet and celebrating their success. One of those women is Julia Lambert who joined PlanetK2 back in 2006 after several years working alongside our Founder Keith Hatter in the corporate world. We were a very small team back then, and Julia played a vital role in growing the business — first as a jack-of-all-trades in the early days, and then ultimately becoming our Head of Sales and Customer Experience. As Julia reflects: “I’m especially proud to have helped define the values that have become such a big part of how we choose to work together as a team, work with our customers, and present ourselves to the world – and they remain as important to us today as they did all those years ago.” Having stepped back from the day-to-day running of the business, Julia remains a Shareholder and Non-Exec Director. She’s “equally proud of the fabulous team that are now taking PlanetK2 to new levels of performance.” And on a personal level? Julia is embracing her passion for travelling the world and discovering new places — not to mention continuing to challenge herself with experiences that push her well outside her comfort zone. Most recently, she skippered a 45ft sailing Catamaran in the Caribbean… in very windy conditions! This #internationalwomensday we celebrate leaders like Julia who inspire us with their courage, resilience, and sense of adventure — in business and in life. #WomenInLeadership #Leadership

Do you set goals or do you use goals? Or perhaps you haven't thought about how that might make a difference? Download our new PK2 Magazine where in this first issue Chris Shambrook talks about how SMART goals are far from smart when it comes to creating a relationship with goals that keeps your motivation levels the primary focus of the goals. 'Using' goals is a much better way of looking at your approach rather than just 'setting' them. You can download the magazine here ➡️ https://lnkd.in/gexnjbRz #goals #usinggoals #highperformance
