We thrive on diversity of thought, and this Neurodiversity Celebration Week, we want to celebrate the unique perspectives and talents that make our team stronger. 🤝 In May 2023, we launched SmartestEnergy's Neurodiverse Abilities group, creating a space for open conversations, shared experiences, and greater awareness of #neurodivergence and disability in the workplace. We understand that these differences shape how we ‘show up’ at work, and we’re committed to fostering an inclusive, supportive environment where everyone can thrive. 🌱 📢 We asked members of our group, "What does neuro-inclusion mean to you?"
