9th in this years FinTech50 list from BusinessCloud 🎉 It's awesome to have Lemon (lemon.co) recognised for building something innovate and disruptive in the FinTech space, especially as we are still newbies to the scene. Since launching our product publicly in October, we've had over £10m of deal requests through the platform from SaaS companies from the UK, US, Germany, Italy and Australia and whilst we're working on being able to service it all, it's been an amazing start. We're giving banks across the world access to a new financing opportunity and it really is amazing to see the benefits of what we're building unfold. The more we learn, the more excited we get. Still not sure about how Lemon (lemon.co) works? Let me tell you. If you’re a SaaS company, giving your customers payment flexibility is a must, especially in the market we’re in today. Most customers don’t want to pay you upfront in one hit. But that doesn’t mean they don’t want to use your product for the long term. Give them monthly payments for annual plans! Collect your revenue upfront ✅ Keep customers happy with monthly payments ✅ Save them some money for commiting ✅ Hopefully my stellar acting and lemon eating attempts tells you all you need to know. 🍋

But here’s the twist: even at $1B+ in ARR, 26% of Zoom’s customers still pay monthly! The key takeaway? Reduce friction by letting customers buy on 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗶𝗿 terms. Whether it’s Zoom, Slack, or others, the most successful companies offer flexibility and thrive.
