That’s why the theme for this year’s International Women’s Day – Accelerate Action - feels so resonant and motivating. We’d like to take a moment to mark this sense of urgency and of encouraging real, tangible initiatives by sharing some progress we have made: 👩💼 Of the five people on our executive leadership team, three are women. We salute Ann Marie Costelloe, Rachael Langley and Pia Costea Selzer-Plon for role modelling strong female leadership. 🔎 Our research into #gender and #negotiation has been shared with 100s of professionals, of course many of them women, in webinars and showcases to Fortune 500 businesses across the globe. (One of the headline findings? Women negotiate differently to men in a number of significant ways. Understanding this can unlock better outcomes.) ♀️ We partner with clients on women in leadership programs, including The HEINEKEN Company and their “Our Women in Sales” initiative, dedicated to attracting, retaining and developing women in Sales while fostering an inclusive environment. One of their headline results: the percentage of female senior managers in Sales globally grew from 9% in 2020 to 19% in 2022. Their ambition is to increase this number to 25% by 2025.
