  • This Valentine’s Day, take a moment to prioritise what truly matters – your own well-being. Research highlights the benefits of regular hobbies and movement for both mental and physical health. Even a 20-minute walk each day can support heart and bone health, while engaging in activities you love – whether it’s catching up with friends or taking time for yourself – can help ease menopause symptoms and improve how you feel overall. These moments for yourself aren’t indulgent – they’re essential for your relaxation and well-being. Because looking after yourself isn’t selfish. It’s necessary. #HappyValentine #MenopauseCare
