🚨 This AI trend is dangerous. 🚨 The chubby vs. skinny AI body-changing trend isn’t just a filter—it’s fueling eating disorders, body dysmorphia, and toxic beauty standards. It encourages disordered eating, shames natural bodies, destroys self-worth, and spreads false beauty ideals. These AI edits create a fake, impossible standard, making people feel like they’ll never be good enough. But the truth is, your body is NOT a trend. 💙 If you’re struggling, please seek support. You deserve to love yourself as you are. #StopToxicTrends #BodyDysmorphia #EatingDisorderAwareness #MentalHealthMatters #UKAT

Addiction is a complex health condition, not a moral failing. At UKAT, we are dedicated to providing evidence-based care, offering detox, rehabilitation, and long-term support to help individuals on their recovery journey. If you or a loved one is struggling, help is available. You are not alone. Reach out to UKAT today. #Wheesung #RIP #AddictionRecovery #Addiction #AddictionTreatment

At UKAT, we fully support the need for personalised, compassionate care in addiction recovery. 💙 Every individual’s journey is unique, and a one-size-fits-all approach simply isn’t enough. ✅ Integrated support is crucial to address mental health, housing, and social needs ✅ Empathy & choice empower people to engage in treatment ✅ Holistic care leads to lasting recovery One person's recovery journey isn't going to be the same, but the care, support and dedication you receive at UKAT is something that won't change.
What has research around drug and alcohol addiction found? People seeking help need tailored care to stand the best chance of a sustained recovery, according to Healthwatch England. 🔎 Current treatment pathways are often disjointed and involve multiple services, making access difficult 🔎 People struggling with addiction often have complex, multifaceted needs 🔎 Positive experiences are largely dependent on presented empathy from service staff and the choices offered to them 🔎 Sustained recovery is difficult to achieve when people are not treated as a whole, when trying to get help 💙 If you or someone you know is affected by addiction, support is available. High performance starts with structure. Here’s what works for me: ⏰ 5:00 - 7:30 AM | Getting Focused Coffee first (always!). Read, write, or learn something new—growth is non-negotiable. A bit of meditation to set the right tone. 💪 7:30 - 9:00 AM | Movement & Fuel Walk, jog, or strength train—usually with a podcast in my ear. A proper breakfast to fuel the day. 🖥️ 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM | Work Mode Marketing, operations, strategy, finances—tackling challenges as they come. Looking for ways to improve processes and plan ahead. 🧠 2:00 - 4:00 PM | Midday Reset & Focus Lunch & mental reset—sometimes stepping back brings the best ideas. 🏃♂️ 4:00 - 7:00 PM | Recharge A treadmill run—right now, I’m at 32 min for a 5K. Sauna session for recovery. 🌙 7:00 - 10:30 PM | Unwinding & Disconnecting Dinner and downtime. My phone goes into sleep mode at 10:30 PM—unplugging is key. This keeps me sharp, but I’m always open to new ideas. What’s your non-negotiable daily habit?

🚭 Did you know every cigarette smoked steals approximately 20 minutes of life? But, the good news is positive changes start fast! 🌟 Just 72 hours after quitting, breathing becomes easier and energy levels rise. Within two weeks, many report more energy (45%), feeling healthier (42%), and improved breathing (42%). At 12 weeks, blood circulation improves, and after a year, the risk of heart attack is cut in half. Quit for a week, and you could save a day. Your future self will thank you! 💙 #NoSmokingDay #SmokeFree #HealthMatters #UKAT #Smoking #Vaping
